If one makes allowances for Ohno San's cultural and generational quirks, it is hard not to see this as equal to Ford or Deming's contribution to the improvement of the lot of the common man.It is, in my view, essential to read the words of the men themselves, if one is to gain any understanding of the humility and dedication, not to mention the humanity of these great servants of mankind.The physical quality of the book is excellent, and the content is unsurpassed. 'Him who hath eyes, let him see.'If you are into quality, manufacturing or productive business, buy this book.
