Useless!

Not very useful at all,I bought this book thinking it would help me as I was stoping breastfeeding but it didn't even contain any information about it!A bit old fashioned and boring to read!

A bit disapointing

Interesting read for the history of breastfeeding/ formula invention but a bit lacking in advice. It is more a book encouraging you to keep breastfeeding rather than how to wean. My son self weaned at 7 months which the book has suggested was probably due to my milk tasting different due to pregnancy, a bit of a relief for me but I now have a 6 month old and I would like to be able to get her to take bottles so I can actually have an evening out with my husband without worrying she is going to wake wanting a feed. Don't get me wrong but I want to be a wife instead of only a mum for a couple of hours. I assumed if it discussed weaning I could transfer the theory to getting her to take a bottle occasionally. Unfortunately not really the case.
