Great sequel!

Yes, I am firmly on the Throne of Glass bandwagon. As soon as I finished Throne of Glass, I had to buy Crown of Midnight. I bought Heir of Fire at the same time, because I just knew that I was going to lap it up! Crown of Midnight continues the story of Celaena Sardothien. Celaena is the King’s appointed Champion. The action picks up straight away from Throne Of Glass. You can’t really read this book if you haven’t read Throne of Glass as the author does assume you’re familiar with the story.Crown of Midnight seems much more action packed, with some twists that I really wasn’t expecting. Characters are developed really well. I feel like I know the characters much better than I did in Throne of Glass. There is a good balance of romance and fantasy elements within this book for those that like to read a bit of both! I won’t speak too much about the romance element as I don’t want to ruin it…I really like Celaena. She’s a kick-ass character, but she does have flaws. Sarah J Maas has developed a wonderful lead character, that I can imagine has aspects of her personality that a lot of readers can relate to. As for Sarah J.Maas, I’m so enthralled with her writing. I can just feel this series getting better and better. I’m excited to step into Heir of Fire later this month, so I’m all caught up!

It's excellent with plot twists and cliff hangers it is as if you are in the world seeing every movement but I'm don't like the idea of chaos and the main characterI rated it 3 stars because I thought some things were lacking especially at the end when the battle comes. There were not many describing words making me feel like vomiting. Others part as well battle is important and I didn't feel like I was there a disaptvpointment but still great. Also I didn't like the curse words this is probably ment for 13plus I didn't think we needed to go that far.I loved the use of romance and making me excited to read each page a book I would like to read again and again.I did dislike the idea of chaos and the main character I knew the main character stoped it with Dorian but I don't like chaos with her. And like I said the battle at the end was lacking.Thank you for reading I hoped I helped with the review and gave you some ideas of the good and bad parts of the book.

Love, love, love this series

It's a breath of fresh air to read a new fantasy series. It's so enjoyable it has taken me just over a week to read the first two books. I have now downloaded the next three to read on holiday next week. I can't wait.
